You can find the status of your parcel on our tracking page https://tracking.packaly.com/.

We use 4 simple statuses to keep you in the loop about your delivery. Here's what each one means:

Announced

Your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch. We'll update you once it moves to the next stage.

Received

Your package has been scanned at the sorting center and is about to be picked up by the courier. Hang tight!

En Route

Good news! Your package is on its way to you.

Delivered

And it has arrived safely! It means it is delivered to your address, your neighbour, or placed in your mailbox (if it fits).

Additional Statuses

Delivered at Neighbours

This just means we were unable to deliver the package to you and we left it with a nearby neighbour. The tracking page will tell you which neighbour we left your item with. You should also receive email confirmation of this as well.

Returned

After one delivery attempt, your tracking link will show that the item is being returned, but it will later be scanned and re-scheduled again for a second attempt the following business day. If we were unable to deliver the package after the second attempt then unfortunately the item is being sent back to the sender.

Re-Scheduled

If the tracking page shows that your order was re-scheduled it just means that we experienced some delays. Usually the item will be delivered the following business day.

If you need more clarification, you can contact us either through our chat bot on the Packaly website and on the Tracking Page, or by emailing us directly at [email protected].
