We use 4 simple statuses to keep you in the loop about your delivery. Here's what each one means:

​1️⃣ Announced: your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch. We'll update you once it moves to the next stage.
​

2️⃣ Received: Your package has been scanned at the sorting center and is about to be picked up by the courier. Hang tight!
​

3️⃣ En route: Good news! Your package is on its way to you.
​

4️⃣ Delivered: And it has arrived safely!

It means it is delivered to your address, your neighbour, or placed in your mailbox (if it fits).
