Sometimes we make a mistake. Sometimes our invoice system makes a mistake as well. When you notice that something is wrong with the invoice that we sent, feel free to contact support. You can always try to solve the issue directly with our chat support or by submitting a claim. 

The best thing to do is get everything accurate and ready to send to us.

Please specify the following information:

  • Invoice number

  • Where did we make a mistake

  • What is your Rider ID

  • What should the mistake be corrected too.

Important note:
Be aware that we always ask for identification so we know for sure that we are talking to the correct person.
