What to do when you can't find an order in the dashboard

First, make sure that you double-check if the order really isn't there. If not, the details of the order then are probably wrong or the order was forgotten to put in the system. Let's verify the following questions to find out what could be wrong:

  • The order that should be in the system isn't created yet. Verify if the order was created and if it's correctly typed. We all can make human errors.

  • The name of the customer or the address of the customer is misspelled. Verify if there wasn't a mistake made.
