If you have an issue with an active delivery, for instance when you have a flat tire or there is a problem with the order that you are doing you can send a message to our Support Team and we will redirect to the right procedure.

Please make sure that you checked the help center to see if your problem can be solved by yourself. The support team is happy to provide you with any article already written about problems. 

The FAQ is filled with issue solving articles and can get you on it's way again pretty easy. If you cannot find a certain issue, feel free to contact support so we can identify and fix the issue.
