If you are going on vacation and need to re-schedule your parcel, you can do this only for one week from the date we announce the delivery. Our couriers don't have the capacity to hold items for more than this allocated time.

If this timeframe does not work with you, it would be best to reach out to the sender who you purchased your items from. They might be able to cancel and rebook the order for you for a later date.

Unfortunately if the item has the status "received" or "en route", then it is too late to change the delivery date.
