You can leave an instruction note for the driver on your tracking page before the "Announced" delivery status. So once the item has the status "Received" or "En Route", then we can no longer add any instructions.

If this option is no longer available to you and the box is grey, then unfortunately you can no longer add a delivery note for the driver. Please be aware that our support team can't do this for you either.
