The Tracking Page shows the expected delivery moment. If the moment has passed, it just means that we are slightly delayed and you will receive your parcel at a later moment that day. We recommend allowing 1 - 2 hours after the time has passed before contacting our team. Sometimes couriers can get held up or bad weather can slow down the delivery route, but know we will always strive to get the parcel to you on time!
