To cancel your order you will need to contact our Support Team. You can contact us either through our chat bot on the Packaly website and on the Tracking Page, or by emailing us directly at [email protected].
If your parcel has not got the status 'en route', we can still cancel your delivery. If it is 'en route', it is unfortunately too late for us to cancel and you will need to refuse the parcel at the moment of delivery.
For refunds of cancelled items, please contact the sender directly.
