Your PAC code is attached to your tracking link and helps to keep track of your parcel. These numbers always start with PAC... followed by a short string of number and letters. You can find your PAC code on the tracking page sent to your email under Parcel Information.

If you are having trouble finding that, double check in your inbox. We will always send a tracking link with a PAC number attached.
