So, you want to become a Packaly Rider, great! This is a step-by-step explanation of how the process works and what you can expect.

1. Register as a Packaly Rider

In order to begin the process of becoming a rider, you first need to download the Packaly Rider app from either the Play Store or App Store. Once installed, open the app and click "register as a rider"

You will then need to fill in your details, so we can fill out your rider contract!

2. Signing the Packaly Rider contract

Once you have submitted all your details for the contract, we will then draft a rider contract to send back to you. This can take anywhere between 2-5 days.

Now, you've received and signed the contract, and you are ready to go! But… where are your login details? There are still a few more steps that must be completed before you are ready to start riding with Packaly.

3. Waitlist

Unless you are signing up in a brand-new launch city, it is likely that you will need to be put on our waitlist. We understand that this can be frustrating, but patience is key! We are doing our best every day to get more cities and businesses on board with Packaly, so we can continue to sign up riders.

We are not always able to give a detailed estimate on how long / when the waitlist will be.

4. Packaly Rider Training

Once your interview is completed and accepted, you will be sent a link to do the rider training. This is a short training session to ensure you are ready to ride!

5. Purchase the Rider Bag

If you have passed the rider training, we will provide a link in the email to purchase a Packaly Rider bag!

Ordered your bag but have not received it? Submit a claim.

6. Packaly Rider account activation

Once your bag has been shipped we will activate your account, when this happens you will receive an email with your login details, and you are ready to start riding!
