You are a Packaly rider and completed the on-boarding process successfully. However, you are not receiving any orders to deliver in a city Packaly operates in. There could be several reasons for this, the most likely reasons to occur are listed below.
Unable to receive orders because:
NOT IN THE ZONE: You might be in a city where Packaly operates in however that does not necessarily mean Packaly will deliver in your region. This is the result of not having signed-up stores in your region that are within 4 km. To find out more about how Packaly's zone selection works click here.
NO ORDERS: it is possible that currently the stores in your city have no orders available for you to deliver to their customers.
TECHNICAL ERROR: there is always a possibility that a technical error could occur on the rider app and therefore no orders can be seen. If you are certain this is the case please contact us as soon as possible.
