You accepted the delivery and immediately to the pick-up location. Before you even arrive at the pick-up location, your delivery gets cancelled by the store. This is something that doesn't often happen, but can happen. What's next?
We will always pay you the correct amount.
If you haven't arrived at your pick-up location yet and your order gets cancelled, you will get always get €3,00. If you are already in the store and the order gets cancelled, you will also get €3,00. In case this happens you will be available for a new delivery immediately.
From what moment is the store not able to cancel the delivery?
From the moment you confirm in the app that you have collected every order, the store is not able to cancel the delivery any more. Then you just need to start delivering the parcels!
