At Packaly, we do our best when it comes to having professional riders. Even though you didn't have a satisfying experience with the rider assigned to your order, we like you to tell us more about the incident. 

We like you to explain to us what happened

We want to know as many details from the rider you have a complaint about. Therefore, we need the order number and an explanation of the situation occurred. Afterwards we'll contact the rider and keep you informed. 

Follow up to the rider and to you

We will always make sure that we have a follow-up with you about the incident. Please keep in mind that this can be a process of several weeks. We want to investigate everything to the bottom.
