At Packaly, we do our best when it comes to having professional riders. If you didn't have a satisfying experience with the rider assigned to your order, we would like you to tell us more about the incident.Β 

We would like you to explain to us what happened

We would like to know as many details as possible from your experience. Therefore, please provide us with the order number and an explanation of the situation that occurred. Afterwards we'll contact the rider and keep you informed.Β 

Follow up to the rider and to you

We will always make sure that we can have a follow-up with you about the incident. Please keep in mind that this can be a process of several weeks. We want to investigate everything to the bottom, so that we can ensure that the best actions can be taking to make sure your experience will improve in the future.
