Sometimes, one of the riders can be late to the pick-up. This could happen because of several reasons like:
An incident that isn't reported yet
Wrong turn and not listening to the pointed directions
We always advice you to wait at least 15 to 25 minutes before the rider arrives. Sometimes the rider just has a very unfortunate route to the store but is doing it's best to arrive as soon as possible. If the rider did not arrive after 25 minutes, you can contact store support.
