How can I get Collective benefits?

We are glad you are interested in the Collective Benefits program! This program is offered to our Riders to offer them protection through insurance, benefits, and savings programs.

Here is how you know if you are eligible to participate:

  1. You are registered at Packaly with your KVK.

  2. You completed at least 10 deliveries ( NOT orders) in the prior calendar month.

  3. You are working in Rider active cities


How to onboard?

Riders are introduced to this program on monthly basis depending on how many deliveries they have made during the previous calendar month. For example: If you want to participate in March, you need to meet the requirements during February

To participate, you need to:

  • Complete more than 10 deliveries/per month.

  • Be signed up with your own KVK


How to offboard?

Riders are offboarded automatically if they can’t meet the requirements. You will be added and removed based on the number of deliveries completed in the previous month.

Which Cities that are eligible for CB:

Collective Benefits it’s available for our self-employed individuals who operate in active Rider cities.

Here is a list of the cities where you can participate in the Collective Benefit program:

  1. Amstelveen

  2. Den Haag
